Welcome to Liberty Rottweilers! We are located 40 miles north of Spokane, WA and breed quality, health tested Rottweilers with emphasis on temperament and work ethic as well as correct structure. 

 

A LITTLE HISTORY

Katie received her first Rottweiler, Riddick, when she was 17 years old and has been in love with the breed ever since. She has since owned several companion Rottweilers, but decided to start Liberty Rottweilers when she purchased Nyx (her first show puppy) from Von Marc Rottweilers in 2017. With the help of her boyfriend Kyle to make it to shows, the valuable lessons from her mentor, Sharon Marples, and the help of professional handlers along the way, Nyx became an AKC Champion at 14 months old (with 3 5-point Majors 3 days in a row), she became an AKC Grand Champion at 19 months old and she became an AKC Grand Champion Bronze at 26 months old. In April of 2020, Katie and Kyle added Bia to the family (another Von Marc puppy and the daughter of Nyx’s littermate, YoYo). Bia made her show debut in August of 2020 and she did not disappoint! She earned a 5 point major at the Coeur d’Alene ID Region 1 Rottweiler Specialty from the 6-9 puppy class! She went on to earn points in Caldwell, ID and a 3 point major at the Puyallup, WA Summer 2021 Cluster!

In December of 2020, Nyx gave birth to a male singleton that we decided to keep here with us. We named him “Patriot” (Liberty’s Comin’ In Hot) and he will be making his show debut in the summer of 2021!
